WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Our policy lasts 30 days from arrival. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • The shipping cost will not be refunded unless you were sent a wrong or damaged item. 
  • Products must be returned in good condition with original packaging. 
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, simply contact us here with the order number and request an order cancellation. cancel the order you no longer want and place a new order for the item or size you desire. please note, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped. 
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. There may be exceptions, but these are based case by case and are evaluated by our Support Team as to whether or not said purchase qualifies for a return

     

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  1. Please contact the customer service team and provide your order number and photos if you the product you received was damaged. 
  2. Customer Service will respond to you within 24 hours with next steps.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost for all other returns so please choose a shipping carrier that provides tracking information as Wonderboy is not responsible for lost shipments. The shipping cost will not be refunded unless you were sent a wrong or damaged item. 
  4. Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded the original price you paid for the item, plus any applicable tax as store credit within 24 hours .We will notify you via email when your refund has been issued.
